I travelled to Brisbane late last year to photograph the city and in particular an award winning restaurant that has been featured in the 52 Places to Go in 2024, in the New York Times.
What fun it was to photograph Agnes Restaurant in Brisbane's edgy Fortitude Valley.
The theatrical setting, in an old dairy warehouse is striking with textured brick walls and sleek black furnishings. Busy chefs cook over open flames while a downstairs bar offers a more subdued, intimate space.
