LICENSE TYPES:

Royalty Free Standard License (RF)

The Licensee pays a one-off fee to the Owner to use the Image for unlimited, permitted usages, as outlined in the terms below, according to the Image size.

The RF Standard License is for worldwide rights and expires within 1 year from the date of purchase.

At the date of expiration, the Image can no longer be used for any new or additional reproductions. Existing usages within the 1 year timeframe are not effected and therefore remain as the Image in its original reproduction.

The Licensee can renew the RF License after the 1 year term expiration after payment of a renewal fee.

The License is non-exclusive and non-transferable and the Image can not be shared with any third party.

The Owner maintains copyright of the Image and the Licensing Fee does not give the Licensee any ownership of the Image.

Rights Managed Standard License (RM):

The Licensee pays a fee to the Owner to use the Image for a one-time use.

The fee is based on the file size of the Image and the permitted usages are set forth in the terms below according to the image size.

The RM Standard License is for worldwide rights and is strictly for one-time usage and is a non-exclusive and non-transferable License and the Image can not be shared with any third party.

The Owner maintains copyright of the Image and the Licensing Fee does not give the Licensee any ownership of the Image.

Extended License:

Customised Licensing is available on request for all commercial usages including;

Advertising, advertorials, branding, trademarks (registered and unregistered), logos, merchandising, packaging, resale, web and design templates, billboards, front covers, postcards, calendars, art prints and all products for resale, please contact the Owner for more information.

For exclusive rights or to purchase the Image outright, please contact the Owner.

PERMITTED USAGES:

The Licensee may reproduce or use the Image only as follows based on the file size and the license type purchased.

Web Size Image:

Included - Personal prints or cards, artists’ reference, in house powerpoint presentations, newsletters, website, apps, social media posts or blog posts, social media videos and reels.

Excluded – Strictly no advertising, promotion, advertorials, endorsement, branding, trademarks, logos, resale, packaging, merchandising, postcards, calendars, posters, screensavers, wallpapers for smartphones, t-shirts, mugs or any products for resale.

No use in digital templates for resale, including website templates, business card templates, greeting cards, brochures.

No artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes.

High Res Size Image:

Included - Print and digital publication including magazines, newspapers, books, editorials, up to 100,000 circulation, excluding all advertising and advertorials

Excluded – No front covers, advertising, advertorial, promotional, endorsement, branding, trademarks (registered and unregistered), logos, resale, packaging, merchandising, postcards, calendars, posters, screensavers, wallpapers for smartphones, t-shirts, mugs or any products for resale.
